The neck wrap/pillows are highly hygienic and come with removable and washable covers meant for easy cleaning and upkeep.

It comes with a 100% cotton cover which makes it easy to remove and wash. To hand-wash, the Neck Wrap covers it in warm or cold water with mild detergent and lays flat to dry and warm iron it.

NagihanDesigns Neck Wraps are approximately 20 x 4 with 2 spaced compartments for even weight distribution.

Test heat level indirectly first before placing on skin and eyes.

For cold therapy the wrap can be placed in a ziplac bag in the freezer for several hours, then removed from the plastic bag and applied to the desired area.
